The journal has been published since 2006.

Until the beginning of 2018, it was published in 6 series: Natural science, History, Economics and service in education, Pedagogy, Philology, Psychology (one issue of the series per year). From 2006 to 2009, the journal was published under the leadership of such scientists as Professor Shamsha  K. Berkimbaeva (editor-in-chief) and Doctor of pedagogical  sciences, Professor Klara Zh. Kozhakhmetova  (Deputy editor).

The editorial board of the journal included leading scientists and teachers of Kazakh National  Women's Teacher Training University: Sheryazdanova Kh. T., Zharykbaev K. B., Bapaeva M. K., Autalipova U. I., Pralieva G. Zh., Kusainov A. K., Karaev Zh. A., Ermekova T. N., Suleimenova Zh. N., Kunantaeva K. K., Aimagambetova K. A., Taubayeva Sh. T., Tastemirova L. U., Kozhakeeva L. The languages of the publication are Kazakh, Russian, and English. Since 2016, the Journal has been published under one cover.

The frequency of publication starting in 2018 is 4 times a year.

On May 16, 2018, by Order No. 768 of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the journal was included in the List of Publications recommended by the Committee for Control in the Field of Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for publishing the main results of scientific activity (section Pedagogical Sciences).
