ROLE AND IMPORTANCE OF EXTRA-CURRICULAR WORK IN MUSICAL EDUCATION OF PERSONS WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS

Abstract

Do not lose children with intellectual disabilities in the turbulent flow of knowledge - this is the actual task of today. In the Soviet era, the study of the problems of raising children with intellectual disabilities was widely developed and constituted a significant part of the special pedagogy. For the years of independence, this sphere of pedagogical science has undeservedly remained without due attention, a small amount of scientifically grounded methodological works, which gives particular urgency to this problem.
