INCREASING COMPETITIVENESS OF TEACHERS PERSONS BY CONNECTION WITH THE EMPLOYER ON THE EXAMPLE OF FOREIGN EXPERIENCE

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problems of increasing the competitiveness of graduates of pedagogical specialties. The authors consider the experience of Canadian universities in organizing professional development schools, on the basis of which direct cooperation of future teachers, experienced teachers and university teachers takes place.
