Abstract

Long-term studies of the zone of sugar beet cultivation in Kazakhstan show that the shorter the interval between beet crops in one place, the greater the risk of contamination with root rot. So on farms where beets were returned to the previous site in 1-2 years, the prevalence of rot was as high as 78.9%. The least manifestation of rot was observed in crop rotations, where the beet was returned to its former place no earlier than 8 years or more, that is, the field was virtually free of soil infection. Here, the affection of root crops was 9.8%, which in turn contributed to an increase in yield (334-425 q / ha).

Abstract

Heavy metals accumulation in a plant results in negative effect on physiological and biochemical processes going on in an organism. In this respect, the present article considers particular features of heavy metals (Cadmium - Cd, Cuprum - Cu, Zinc - Zn) on biomass accumulation by rice cultivars. Increase in heavy metals content results in significant slowing down the biomass accumulation in rice cultivars in the beginning of vegetation. Cadmium exerts significantly greater influence on biomass accumulation by Titan and AiSaule rice cultivars as compared to copper and zinc. Effect of heavy metals on biomass accumulation by rice cultivars is in the following order: cadmium> copper> zinc.

Abstract

The tourist potential is determined by the volume of resources used, their structure and implementation possibilities. It is characterized by the availability of natural and climatic resources (resource potential), the number of qualified personnel, the quality of their training, the quantity and quality of the necessary information, the level of technical equipment. Like any other sphere of economic activity, the tourism industry is a very complex system, the degree of development of which depends on its potential and efficiency of its use. Kazakhstan has all the opportunities to create a competitive and profitable tourism industry: a favorable geopolitical position of the country, political stability, the uniqueness of tourist and recreational resources, the diversity of tourist and recreational zones, natural landscapes, flora and fauna. The article gives an assessment of the tourist and recreational potential of the region on the example of Atyrau region, the physico-geographical position of Atyrau region is characterized. The characteristic of territorial organization of recreational areas of Atyrau region is given and development aspects are determined in the future.

Abstract

A linear multipoint boundary value problem for the system of ordinary differential equations is considered. The method of parameterization is used for solving the considering problem. The linear multipoint boundary value problem for the system of ordinary differential equations by introducing additional parameters at the ends and at points of partition of the interval is reduced to an equivalent boundary value problem with parameters. The article is illustrated by an example for finding the solution of the linear three-point boundary value problem for the system of ordinary differential equations.

Among them, the International Phonetic Alphabet, which is developed with the pretention of showing the sounds of all known World languages, is the most widely used system. Abstract

There is a gap in the living standards between urban and rural population in Kazakhstan, which increased even more in the recent years. Women are more likely to suffer from social and economic inequalities. Authors aimed to make a comparative study of the living standards of urban and rural women and social practices of their adaptation to the market conditions. Unfortunately, Kazakhstan’s government commitments concerning urban development, improvements in urban infrastructure and access to basic services have not referenced fully determination of gender issues. We strongly believe that the deficiencies in basic infrastructure affect both women and men, and the design of urban development projects should aim to identify those differential impacts more precisely. Attention should be paid to such factors as how access to basic services correlates with economic status, the roles played by women and men in finding alternatives when services are deficient, and how particularly women stand to benefit from improved infrastructure.

The relevance of the replacement of the former linear technology of training (LTТ) with the credit technology of training (СTТ) under the conditions of fundamental changes in the system of higher education is substantiated. This foundation is recognized in the Bologna process as a consequence of the need to identify and address the objective historical contradictions generated at the turn of the twentieth and twenty-first centuries.
